Terms & Conditions
You must be operating as a company to sell online. We have the right to request proof of trading. A company can be set up in many forms,if you are not sure whether you are eligible, please contact us. We have the right to request full and detailed accounting information as and when required. The type of products you sell are also determine whether you are eligible to sell on the site – see product restrictions.
Fees & charges:
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard charges will be 27.5%of sale value. There are no sign up or listing fees for standard sellers.
Prefer to pay a subscription fee and a lower commission fee?You can upgrade to gold membership for a 10% drop in commission with a £20 per month subscription fee.
All shipping will be charged at £5.50 for order under £100,with free delivery over £100. This is subject to change. This will not be transferred with your commission, instead you will need to make a shipping payment request. This will calculated as the greater of:
10% of the sales price.
A shipping payment request must be made by the end of the next calendar month. All costs must be recorded clearly and evidence of correct delivery costs may be requested. This will be processed and added to your sellers account within 10 working days. If no shipping payment requests are made, we shall transfer an appropriate amount to your account less an appropriate administration fee of £1.00.
Products must be able to be legally sold in the United Kingdom. Additionally, they must not require licenses to sell such as fireworks and alcohol. On registration we shall enquire as to the nature of the products you sell and then pre-approve your products. We have the right to reject any products which we do not feel are appropriate to sell on www.christopherdaniel.co.uk for any reason.
You are required to fulfil all returns requests within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. This includes either replacement or full refund of product. We will charge £1 instead of the full commission on the product if a full refund is processed. This is to cover our administration costs for the order. All customers have the right to a full refund including delivery costs within 14 days under the distance selling rules in the UK.Reconditioned items are not permitted unless they are repairs made to the original item in which case must be in “as new” condition.
Ability to supply
By listing your items on the site you agree to regularly maintain your account and keep the products relevant and up to date including prices and quantities.
We are able to process bulk orders for trade customers. If this services is required, please feel free to contact us. The commission charge on trade orders will differ and will be arranged on an individual seller basis.
