We like to deliver items cost effectively so that you can enjoy all the products without worry about lots of delivery costs. Therefore we may take a little longer than some to deliver, however, it means that you can enjoy our products for less. We pass this saving on to you in our pricing and therefore all our quality items come for less.
We try to be consistent and aim to deliver within 10 working days. We try and let you know when we have despatched items and when the estimated delivery is. We cannot accept responsibility for changes in delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a week then please contact us.
Standard UK DeliveryWe love to keep things simple that’s why we’ve introduced a standard delivery on all our items. A flat fee of 5.50 is the one-time fee that you pay – even when it costs us more to send. Why do we do this? We value our customers highly and want to provide an exceptional service at a reasonable price. With a flat fee it helps you know how much each order will be straight away. Delivery times vary and can take up to 10 days (our aim is under 7 days) although we aim to have your products with you as soon as possible. We provide an estimated delivery date on all orders.
Made to orderWe hate to disappoint. We know how annoying it is when an item you have been looking at is no longer at stock so have now established strong links with our marvellous makers to all more products to be made to order. As we are a new company we are unable to hold great quantities of stock. Although there may be an extra wait, we know that its worth it to get our fantastic products. On top of that, we sometimes allow for customisation requests on our made to order products (please state special requirements in the order process) which we endeavour to meet. Please note, we may have to charge extra for a truly bespoke item if it is vastly different from the original product – if in doubt, give us a shout!
We also work with companies to allow orders to be made to meet criteria that they may need for interior design, gift hampers and more. These can all be made to order – please contact us for a quote.

We currently do not accept a click and collect service from our address. We may be able to make special arrangements if requested. Please email us for this service or call us on 0151 641 9155. There may be an additional charge for this. Products are stored in various locations and therefore may not be available for click and collect.
We shall not release items until they are paid for in full and any other outstanding payments are paid for as well. We shall hold any order until we receive all sums owed.
If you want us to hold an order until you have fully decided on all items, address, or for any other reason, feel free to contact us when ordering the first items and we will try to hold your items for up to a month. If it is longer than this then we will ship the items to the address given at delivery unless we have any other information. We may ask you for a reason for holding items. We shall not hold items for any reason we feel is not reasonable. We may also ask for a small charge if need to cover any extra expenses we may face. Usually for the short term it is free.
If you want us to send a gift to someone, we shall try and send it as near to the day as possible. We must be told when ordering to ensuring we can provide this.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any product. This is to ensure that it is a valid return. After we have confirmed your refund, please follow the steps below.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase for it to qualify for free delivery return and refund on your product. If there are good valid reasons we have the right to refuse returns.Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include:
- Video games
- Items of clothing and jewellery that cannot be resold
- Perishable goods
- Personalised products
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered and is not in the condition of which it was recieved will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We do not normally refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless otherwise agreed at time of refund by a member of staff.
Please contact us to exchange items. There is usually a cost for delivery for exchange of items. We may also charge an additional handling fee and packaging fee if appropriate. Items can only be exchanged if they are as new. We may not allow you to exchange to a different product without additional charge.
